Wally Ramone is a character from All Grown Up. She is supposably Lillian's and Phillip's friend.
Appearance[]
Wally has dirty blonde hair with black eyes and blunt bangs. Her hair goes to about her shoulders. She is mostly seen in the school's soccor clothes which are purple with two lines going down on the top.
All Grown Up[]
Wally is not shown in Rugrats, though she appears in All Grown Up. She appears on a few episodes. In the episode, "A Deville House Divided", Phil (Phillip), Lil's (Lillian) brother falls in love with her. Lil gets upset because she doesn't think Wally is good enough for her brother and splits them up. They all fight with each other till the end then, they all just remain friends.
Wally also appears in the episode, "Seprate But Equal". In the episode Phil and his sister Lil have a fight before their birthday. When the two have a sleep over, with the boys outside and the girls in Lil's room. Phil takes a embarssing picture of all the girls and shows it to all the schools in the world.
In the episdoe, "The Big Score", Wally also appears again. She yells at Phil for getting upset and made his sister leave the soccor team. This is also the second time it shown Phil and Wally not getting along.
