Philip or as everyone calls him just Phil Deville is a main character from the show Rugrats and All Grown Up. He and his sister appear in many episodes of rugrats and rugrats all grown up. His first appearance was in rugrats: Tommy Pickles and The Great White Thing, and his last appearance in all grown up: Brothers Grimm
Appearance[]
Phil is a brown headed boy that usually wears shirts that is worn on top of another shirt that makes it look like a jacket. His pants are little baggy too. Seasons 2-5, Phil had curly hair that drastically looked liked Lil's hairdo.
All Grown Up[]
In season 0-1, Phil wore green pants, pink shirt-jacket, green shirt with duck on it, and blue shoes with white bottoms. He also had hair that stood up. Seasons 2-5, Phil got his first crush, Wally. Phil also started wearing different clothes each time he made an appearance. Plus he had a whole new hairdo. He had brown curly hair. Phil has also matured a lot. For example, he does not consume bugs or play in mud anymore. But Lil is beyond his maturity level.
