Dilyn is a 9 year-old in All Grown Up, and is Tommy's younger brother.
Appearance[]
Dil has orange hair just like his mother's with blue/green eyes. He is mostly seen in his purple and yellow hat with teeth at the end. When he was a baby he mostly would wear a yellow ouffit and he had no hair.
Rugrats[]
When Dil was in Rugrats he never really said words, suffer, "Mine" or "Tommy".He first came on the first movie of Rugrats. He was really suppose to be a girl.
All Grown Up[]
In All Grown Up Dil speaks lots of words but talks about strange things. He has a passionate love for aliens. Dil can walk on his hands, as showen in the episode "Bad Apitude". Dil often gets yelled at by Tommy, which they fight and later become likes brothers again.
Dil appears is most of the episodes along with his brother. It is showen that Lil and Phil said that they dropped him on his head when he was a baby. Dilyn is different from most kids. He loves aliens, he wants aliens to aduct him, he walks on his hands, he also thinks grandpas are like chickens, as showen in the episode "Blind Man's Bluff".
In the episode "Izzy Or Isnt He", he made up a imaginary alien friend he named "Izzy". The whole school was obesessed with the alien which Chuckie thought wasn't real. Though, it is showen that Izzy was actually there when no one could see him due to the fact that at the end of the episode it was showen that he was sitting in the back row. Meaning, that no one could see him but the chair was still out.
